2.0No reception, no cleaners, no hot water, no kids club like it said, dripping airconditioning, very uncomfortable bed, even worse sofabed for the kids with only 2 sheets and no pillows, 2 towels for 3 people and room falling apart. The pool was amazing tho

2.0一行十四人，訂了五天，七間房， check in時只有一個不懂英文的泰國人跟我們溝通， 由於他們的疏忽，引致我用了約三小時才可以拿足七間房間鎖匙， 朋友的房間，廁所有異味，我的房間，天花發霉地板 脹起， 取鎖匙後每間房需立刻交500泰珠清潔費， 公寓內沒有牙刷牙膏， 洗頭水及沐浴露亦只是手指尾這麼大樽， 沒有任何服務， 沒有洗衣機， 風筒壞 泳池污糟， 根本不夠膽游水！ 價錢貴與相片不符， 所有朋友都向我投訴， 非常之失望
