− Dans le parkhotel il y a des rats au sous sol où il y a le buffet de petit déjeuner, la moquette est abîmée et les toilettes sont vraiment usées....les pièces communes sont belles mais les chambres sont bof et la vue sur le toit avec les mégots pas terrible....

7.0Zentrale Lage, deshalb mit offenem Fenster bei den aktuell hohen Temperaturen etwas laut durch Straße. Mit OROPAX hat es gut funktioniert.
− Kaltwasser leider sehr warm. M.E. nicht gut Isoliert.
Lage ist gut; Personal auch okay; Hotel weist leider einige gravierende Mängel auf (s.o)
3.0− Alma war mal gut; momentan funktioniert vieles nicht: Wassertemperatur in der Dusche ist immer nur warm (und das bei annähernd 40 Grad Außentemperatur); TV funktioniert nicht; Zimmer sind in Junihitze aufgeheizt wie Backofen, nachts immer noch gut 30 Grad, an erholsamen Schlaf ist nicht zu denken.
