− Da comodidade do apartamento: os chuveiros não esquentavam, o ar condicionado não desligava pq o controle não funcionava, mesmo trocando as pilhas e houve noite que esfriou, o acendedor do fogão não funcionava, a lâmpada do quarto estava queimada. Mesmo alugando o espaço para 05 pessoas, haviam apenas 04 toalhas disponíveis no apartamento.
