10.0Nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Keswick. Great hosts and lovely breakfast. Bus stop right outside and 10 minutes walk to the Pheasant Inn for a good evening meal.

10.0Room is more than adequate, very very friendly owners. the Breakfast is amazing! And then there is the view! Very quiet, beautiful to just sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere.
− Slight issue with WIFI, but honestly wasn't a main issue
