− The room wasn't very clean, the carpet was very dirty. There were stains on the curtains and the bed base was ripped. The duvet cover zip was broken and the clothes storage was a disaster area, a converted cupboard, was never putting our clothes in there. The bathroom was better, but not great. The whole establishment smelled of dogs, which is okay as it is doggy friendly, but it needed to be masked with air fresheners.
Great guest house for a short break at the seaside with the family.
