8.0Localização excelente, Mont Sião II é um dos meus favoritos, pela localização e estrutura em geral.
− O residencial Mont Sião II é um dos meus favoritos em Porto Seguro, porém, nesse último apartamento que ficamos, algumas coisas deixaram a desejar. A limpeza dentro do apartamento não estava lá essas coisas, a piscina estava muito suja, a sauna não funcionou nenhum dia (acredito que não quiseram ligar pra economizar mesmo). Faltava muitos utensílios de cozinha, coisas básicas como forma (assadeira), não tinha. Não tem controle para todas as TVs, um dos controles disponíveis ainda estava quebrado.
