− Péssima experiência, a estrutura do hotel é bem simples, faltando toalhas de banho no quarto. Entretanto, foi o atendimento da recepcionista que me deixou mais desapontada. Nos quartos não tem itens no frigobar, sendo necessário recorrer à recepção. Já na recepção é necessário aguardar a boa vontade da recepcionista, pois não há atendimento diferenciado para a compra de itens do bar, ninguém atende às solicitações dos hóspedes, pois ficam exclusivamente atendendo ao check-in. Ao solicitar para atendente, 2 latinhas de água, ela nitidamente revirou os olhos e disse estar ocupada fazendo os check-ins. Detalhe: eu não tinha como saber que ela estava ocupada, pois não havia ninguém na fila. Até meu filho que é uma criança de 10 anos percebeu a grosseria. Suzana, a recepcionista, poderia ter sido mais gentil conosco. E dar uma orientação polida para nós, pois não temos bola de cristal. Não havia nenhum cartaz no local para orientar sobre a compra de bebidas para o frigobar. Então recomendo que este processo seja revisto. Já me hospedei em inúmeros hotéis pelo mundo e faço questão de relatar que este foi o pior hotel onde já me hospedei. Lamentável!
