2.0It was impossible to sleep because they have a generator running next to my window all night. I asked for another room they told me they don't have and they sorry... I was able to sleep at all that night

8.0The hotel is one elevator away from the Shopping Tamboré -very convenient. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was delicious - typical of Brazilian hotels with rolls, Brazilian cheese bread, cold cuts, fruits, yogurt, cereal, juices and coffee. One issue I had (and that seems to be a common feature in Brazilian hotels) is that they do not have a room that accommodates a family of 4. I had to book 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids. They were able to give us the rooms next to each other, though. And they gave the second room for half the price - some sort of "family deal."

10.0Hotel bom custo benefício, quarto confortável, chuveiro bom, café da manhã bem completo e 1 minuto do shopping. Recomendo.
