10.0Tudo estava muito bom. A reserva foi feita para duas pessoas, no entanto, quando chegamos lá. Estava somente para 1 pessoa, não tinha como cancelar. Acredito que poderia ser negociável essa questão da reserva. Tive que pagar a diferença de uma pessoa. No mais foi ótimo.

8.0Apenas o split que não funcionou,mas a temperatura do quarto estava amena e dormi bem
podiam melhorar.
8.0o quarto estava limpinho,mas o corredor tinha cheiro de carpete molhado(parece que vasa agua dos banheiros no corredor)fica todo manchado o carpete,a maioria dos funcionários são ótimos ,o ar gela bem,as diarias não são baratas e quando chegamos tinha mudado o valor,sorte ter o conprovante da reserva no celular e se quiser café e estacionamento paga á parte.
