Amazing property in Kefalonia - paradise for families

The property is really amazing, very close to the airport (10 minutes drive) and 3 minutes walk from a nice beach which is also kids friendly with very smooth entrance. There are 2 separate villas with 2 kitchens and a guest house with 2 rooms with kitchenettes. The kitchens are fully equipped. Shops are within 15 minutes drive, so we cooked for ourselves almost the whole period. There are also barbeque options available. The whole property could accommodate our large party, all rooms and beds were comfortable with ensuite bathrooms and A/C. We have witnessed some of the nicest sunsets at the pool and the kids had an amazing time during the stay. We felt so good at the villa that we hoped we stayed longer. It’s a unique experience that we will remember forever.

− We asked for towel replacements after some days, and the people managing the villa said that the cleaning service is not included, but the washing machine was not working either. In the end they came to replace the towels. Also, we were told that invoice under company name is possible but then after checkout they said that the invoice was automatically issued on the name of the booker. 2 of the rooms are on the basement, which was not really clear from the photos or the description, and 1 room from the basement had no fresh air available.

היינו 21 אנשים, המתחם כולל שתי וילות גדולות עם 4 חדרי שינה כל אחד ועוד וילה קטנה עם חדר שינה אחד. החדרים מרווחים, מתחם עצמו מטופח מאוד, קרוב למסעדות, קרוב לשדה תעופה, בריכת שחיה נקי, מסודר, מטבח מאובזר בכל טוב כולל תבלינים שונים, לא היה חסר כלום. מנגל ומטבח חוץ גדולים, למי שמחפש גיבוש לצוות גדול, זה המקום.

− ווייפיי נוראי, כמעט ואין קליטה, מאוד איטי, היו חסרים לנו תבליות למדיח ובנוסף מכונת כביסה אחת קטנה יחסית, היינו צריכים לכבס מגבות ולכל הקבוצה היה קצת קשה. ירידה תלולה לחוף הים קרוב וכמובן אחרי זה צריך לעלות את כל הדרך, עדיף לנסוע לחופים יותר שווים.

Unique villa, incredible view, extremely spacious. The photos are absolutely real, the host is very kind. The place is really huge, there were 13 of us and we had plenty of space. The beach under the villa is very nice, sandy beach with a bar and sun loungers. I highly recommend

The views can’t be beat. Separate buildings made our party of 11 feel that they have plenty of space. Very comfortable beds. Outdoor pool overlooking the ocean is spectacular. Outdoor dining and couches were fantastic. Lola the property manager is great. First class all around.

− The only negative was on the last day, the gardener, who we were told after has a mind of his own, mowed the lawn at 6:30 AM waking up the entire house. Just make sure to confirm with Lola that this won’t happen to you and this property will be fully fantastic.

The location is like no other I have ever stayed at. Truly paradise on earth. The villa was really comfortable and cosy, it didn't feel like an overly minimal hotel room that suited our group really well. We really enjoyed cooking and hanging out together at the villa and the pool and sprawling outdoor spaces were perfect. Every room having its own bathroom and air conditioning was ideal. Lola the managing agent was the nicest and most thorough and attentive agent we have ever had as a group. She was really meticulous about showing me how everything worked at the villa and was always on call to help, even at 2am when the south side of the island experienced a power cut she was on the phone available to help with a situation we had with a burglar alarm going off.

− The decking and drain near the pool seemed to be a bit old and damaged so you had to be quite careful not to tread on a plank that was too loose. We had a friend almost go through the pool drain which the owners should definitely look at replacing. I'd also love if the pool was able to be heated, during the day particularly it could be quite cold.
