10.0The Lodge is situated in a quiet area not far from the centre. It is spacious with several quiet corners to experience the view on the volcano. I enjoyed my breakfast in the garden and dipping in the pool. The stargazing is amazing as the Lodge is just outside of town, so less light pollution. The owner and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. All the guides picked me up the at Lodge for my daily excursions, so it was convenient. My room was comfortable with tons of blanket and heating (I visited in the peak of winter). I stayed over a week and was very pleased with my choice.

− No tenia calefaccion, hizo 4 grados a la noche. Jaime nos prendio una pequeña calefacción a leña, pero la leña duraba una hora. Pasamos frío. La ducha no calentaba , apenas tibia. Todas las instalaciones de mala calidad. Puertas malas, sabanas y toallas de mala calidad. Almohadas sin funda, en síntesis, una mala experiencia.

4.0El lugar en el exterior y el personal atendía bien.
− Las sábanas olían a asado así que supongo que no estaban lavadas. No se hacen responsables si se llega a perder alguna pertenencia. No estaba bien limpia la habitación. Se cobra el IVA aparte cosa que a mí en lo personal no me había pasado en arriendos anteriores en San Pedro. No se puede hacer nada de ruido ya que las piezas están pegadas con las de los vecinos.
Excelente relación precio y calidad
9.0Las instalaciones son bien pintorescas, que entregan patrimonio autóctono y se valora mantener la identidad de la zona. La vista a las estrellas es maravillosa, con un cielo sin contaminación lumínica.
− En realidad todo muy bien y algo que mejoraría sería el aislamiento de los ventanales (cortinas muy delgadas pasa el frío) poniendo algún tipo dé blackout estaría resuelto…
