8.0La piscina está en condiciones lamentables, uno de mis niños se cortó con los azulejos que ya están rotos o despegados. Incluso se le quedó una astilla del cristal en el pie; fue doloroso

2.0Esta muy sucio, desde el elevador, la alberca, las habitaciones, pedí que me cambiaran varias veces las toallas porque llegaban sucias, manchadas, lo que no solo es una cosa poco higiénica, pone en riesgo la salud de las personas por el riesgo de contagió de enfermedades por contacto, la alberca sucia que ni dan ganas de meterse. Me tuvierón que cambiar de habitación porque no servia el clima, el espacio es muy pequeño en recamara y baño (el primer baño no tenia ni puerta la regadera. Lo unico "bueno" es la ubicación centrica, no regresaría.

4.0Al llegar a la habitación, el baño tenía su letrero de haberlo limpiado, pero al levantar la tapa, me encontré con (al parecer) bellos pubico o cabello. Si te hospedas aquí, importante no pedir habitación del lado que da a la calle, el ruido del transporte público o motocicletas es terrible, y las ventanas no son contra ruido. La alberca tiene el agua muy turbia, estuve 1 semana ahí y no me pareció que la limpiaran. El aire acondicionado tira agua, una cantidad de agua tan grande, que era necesario usar el bote de basura para evitar que se encharcara. Todo esto se reportó a recepción, pero solo quedó en que sería revisado y reportado.
