− No contaban con personal de servicio en piscina y restaurante, a las instalaciones les falta mantenimiento
Sabanas orinadas, cucarachas, un asco!
1.0La ubicación
− Las sabanas estaban sucias, una tenia una mancha enorme de orina, ademas de huellas de animales con tierra (parecia de gato o perro), muchas cucarachas dentro de la habitación y muy grandes, evidentemente no son nada aseados! Las puertas no tienen protección para insectos en la parte baja y evidentemente no hacen control de plagas porque se nos metieron varias cucarachas grandes a la habitación. El servicio del desayuno es deficiente, falta de personal que hace que sea demorado y adicionalmente no indican que acompañantes trae, a cada uno nos dieron cosas diferentes que algunos no podían comer pero nunca aclararon que acompañantes tenia el desayuno al hacer el pedido.

− El desayuno de muy baja calidad , estuve dos noches y no limpiaron La habitación ni brindaban toallas limpias .
