− It feels really basic in the room - not even water - no biscuits and limited tea making products
O experiență îngrozitoare. Nu recomand nimanui sa faca aceasta alegere si mai ales daca au totusi o problema sa apeleze
1.0Camerele foarte mici . Nici nu ai unde sa-ti pui bagajele. Nu au jici macar un racitor in camera.
− Personalul de la receptie fara nici un pic de empatie. Mi-au repartizat o camera cu aerul conditionat defect la ultimul etaj. Personalul de la receptie stia -Gabriela,si nu mi-au oferit nici o solutie decat sa astept pana a doua zi sa execute reparatia. Am plecat la ora 21 din hotel incasand tot disconfortul de cautare a altui hotel la acea ora.
