10.0Super lækker terrasse, med en virkelig god udsigt. Der var jacuzzi på terrassen. Dejligt med en restaurant i hotellet. Rent og pænt.

10.0Herzliche Begrüßung durch die Eigentümerin Bettina. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade für das Zimmer erhalten und uns daher für einen Tag Aufenthaltsverlängerung entschieden. Apartment / Zimmer nach Renovierung top. Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Super Frühstück mit lokalen Schmankerln. Lage mitten im Ort gegenüber Skilift. Super Parkmöglichkeiten in zentraler Ortslage. Diverse Restaurant, Supermarkt und Sportgeschäft in wenigen Metern fussläufig erreichbar. Eingebettet in toller Natur !

− الموقع جميل، والإفطار كان جيدًا جدًا، ولكن للأسف خدمة تنظيف الغرف كانت سيئة. كما تعرضنا لموقف غير مريح في اليوم الثاني من إقامتنا مع أحد الموظفين، حيث طلب جوازات سفر طفلينا (أحدهما يبلغ شهرين والآخر سنتين)، ثم أخبرنا بضرورة دفع 50 يورو عن كل طفل. وعندما أوضحنا له أننا استفسرنا عند تسجيل الدخول من موظفة الاستقبال عمّا إذا كانت هناك أي رسوم إضافية، وأكدت لنا أنه لا توجد أي مبالغ مستحقة، بدأ يهددنا بأن الشرطة هي من تفرض هذه الرسوم لأن الأطفال يستخدمون الغرفة والمياه. لاحقًا، راجعنا مكتب الاستقبال، واتضح أن الأمر اقتصر فقط على أخذ نسخ من جوازات سفر الأطفال لتسجيل بياناتهم، ولم يُطلب منا دفع أي رسوم إضافية. للأسف، هذا الموقف سبب لنا انزعاجًا كبيرًا وأثر سلبًا على تجربتنا في الفندق. لذلك، لا أعتقد أنني سأختار الإقامة فيه مرة أخرى، ولا أوصي به بناءً على تجربتي The location of the hotel is great, and the breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was poor. We also had a very unpleasant experience on our second day with one of the staff members. He asked for the passports of our two children (one is 2 months old and the other is 2 years old) and then told us we had to pay €50 for each child. When we explained that, during check-in, we had specifically asked the receptionist whether there were any additional charges and were clearly told that there were none, he started threatening us, saying that the police required this payment because the children were using the room and water. Later, we went to the reception desk, where they simply took copies of our children’s passports for registration purposes, and no additional payment was required. This incident caused us a great deal of stress and left a very negative impression of the hotel. Because of this experience, I would not stay at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to others.
