8.0Apesar do calor insuportável da cidade, o hotel é agradável. O atendimento de toda a equipe é muito bom, pessoas sempre de bom humor e sempre prestativas. O café da manhã é bem variado e super gostoso. Apenas o colchão da cama é mole demais e ar condicionado estava fixo em 17°.

8.0A localização do hotel é muito boa, fica perto do centro, do shopping Palmas e Capim Dourado, restaurantes. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, vale o custo benefício. Fazemos aqui uma ressalva, o hotel não divide, no cartão de crédito, o valor das diárias e isso não é informado quando estamos fazendo as reservas pelo Hotel.com e acho que esse detalhe nos fosse informado, no mais tudo bem. Nossa estadia foi legal, curtimos muito, fomos conhecer o Jalapão e valeu a pena.

6.0Quarto com condições desconfortáveis em relação a espaço, banheiro, roupas de cama e de banho e mobiliário. Recepção precária no atendimento com ajuda nas malas e falha na comunicação na chegada do pessoal que nos buscaria para excursão. Café da manhã bom.
