9.0The warm cookies they give you after a long journey there. The staff are always warm and friendly and always accommodating. Please note the check in is on the 12.floor..that's the main reception. Breakfast was really. Very good selections of food. Rooftop bar was a treat although you need to know how to walk to it. The Grab taxis are easy to get from downstairs. The concierge at the ground lobby is always very helpful.
− The pool can have maybe some staff walking around to ensure the guests are okay..I had to find a staff member just to order some drinks.bothernthan that, it is really a good hotel.

10.0Great kids’ play room—clean, fun, and well-maintained. Aisyah was incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive to the children. She made our visit even more enjoyable with her excellent service. Highly recommend for families staying at DoubleTree!

10.0My kids enjoyed the kids club. Games , Tv , colouring and toy. The staff Aisyah and Fiesya play along with my kids. Definitely we will come again.
