Luxury and comfort in convenient location
10.0Lovely, luxurious large and comfortable room in a great location between the lower and upper city of Bergamo. Situated opposite a bus stop for easy transfers to and from the station and airport and the upper and lower city. The room was very clean and well decorated. PLEASE NOTE (especially if you book a non refundable room) to enter the property you must have a mobile telephone that can dial through to Italian lines and not via Wifi or VOIP dialling. On arrival you have to ring a given number twice to get through the two entrance doors. We didn’t know that in advance and only found out after making our booking with Hotels.com when we received an email direct from the accommodation provider. If you don’t have that facility they say you need to cancel the reservation. It should be ok with most international mobile phones but think it’s important for customers to know this in advance.

Great room in good location
10.0The room was lovely, great bathroom, comfy bed and a nice balcony which got the sun in the evening. We really liked the location too. It was a 3 minute walk from the bus stop for the airport bus and then a 10 minute walk to the funicular to the old town. Check in was super easy, but you do need a phone to check in. There isn’t a reception. We ate near the hotel rather than going back up to the old town and there are some lovely restaurants nearby.
