10.0Great location. Friendly owners (and dogs). Perfect trail access. Good sized rooms that were very clean and comfortable.

Disappointing
4.0− We didn't like that there was no community hang out spot. Couldn't use the kitchen after 10pm to make something to eat. After an all-day of riding snowmobiles. The Next day we were leaving It was snowing and the parking lot had a foot of snow at 10am and was not plowed. Made it difficult to load the sleds.
Me and my wife had an excellent time and will strongly recommend this resort to anyone
