10.0Breakfast was good , As I was travelling alone to see family and friends it was a perfect location,,Caroline was a perfect host nothing was too much trouble, easy walk through the park to the bus station, I will certainly book again.

Location and accommodation perfect for exploring Poole, Studland, Arne etc
9.0Caroline made me very welcome when I arrived. The room was perfect for my needs. I visited during a heatwave so the fan was very much appreciated! The shower was great - hot and good water pressure. The property is located near Poole Park so I walked down to the quay for dinner and to go on trips. The walk takes about half an hour but felt safe. Although Caroline no longer offers a cooked breakfast but she does offer cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, bread for toast, various jams and spreads as well as danish pastries. There were tea and coffee making facilities too. It's all self service but that was all absolutely fine

10.0Proximity to the Lighthouse venue was great. Beautiful park behind the property. Very comfortable Amazing continental breakfast Lady was really helpful We really enjoyed our stay.... thank you so much.
