− 1. no elevator 2 aircon in room 405 did not work well 3. there is a persistent stinky urine smell urinating in the bathroom on 405 and even if we cleaned it well the stinky smell comes back/ lingers 4. ants and a small cockroach appeared on day 2 in room 405 5. rm 405 is supposed to be the best room but was too dirty
