Nice employee- touch conditions
5.0The staff! They worked hard to try to overcome the polluted water and terrible greehead flies.
− We had no TV for our stay. No technician was on property to help. Two nice young employees tried. We got a credit for $150 which was not enough. We had 3 TV’s
I never had an experience like this.
1.0I can't say that I liked anything as the hotel canceled my booking on the arrival day. After contacting the hotel they said that they cancelled it, after keeping it alive for months, because of a wrong rate. The previous day I was offered a room upgrade, but on the arrival day they said via booking that I did not provide a card for payment. That was of course not true.
− If the hotel was unhappy with the offered rate, they could have cancel it at anytime before my arrival. Instead they did it on my arrival day.
Excellent stay for overnight - a bit pricey cottage shows wear and tare
