Awful experience!!!!
1.0− There was no internet as advertised. The staff were rude and unhelpful saying that it had been off all day and his boss cant get anyone to fix it and we must just be quiet. The bath had not been cleaned properly and there was no milk for coffee. We were not told about the WiFi when we checked in and when we phoned from upstairs , the receptionist was so dismissive saying he just works there, but then refused to call his manager as we needed wifi to complete an important document for work we were told to wait 20 min for him to finish his dinner. When we asked for a refund he told us that it was not his problem. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We returned our Key card the next morning. We sought accommodation elsewhere at great inconvenience to ourselves as we had to rush to to meet our deadline

Very disappointed
4.0There were kettle to make tea, no teas just coffee. No milk and no tea cup available. The receptionist constantly argued with me. Loud noises at 12am. I sent messages to say I needed parking facility. Didn’t get reply until I arrived and was told I have to look for a parking anywhere I could find it. I had to drive miles to find parking and walk back to the hotel.
− The receptionist showed no regard. Constantly stating his rights.

7.0Отзывчивый персонал.Хорошое расположения отеля к пляжу.Чудный берег ,нам с мужем очень понравилось.Я понимаю здания не из новых, но идёт реставрация.Сам номер очень милый,но мы бронировали его со скидкой и окна были не на вид берега. Но есть и минусы. Была грязная по низу тюль.Не было не стула,это не очень удобно так как приходилось сидеть на кровати. Птицы это большая проблема ,но не приятно видеть помет на подоконнике. Отдых пришёл славно !!!
− Только помет на подоконнике со стороны улицы.Но это неизбежно чайки ,голуби.Это курорт где их больше всего.
