10.0スタッフのみなさんの笑顔が素敵でした。 案内していただいた絵画や展示物が美術館のようでした。全部日本の作家さんのものというところもよかったです。 温泉も最高でした！

Big room with great service
10.0The hotel is near to the train station, but the hotel still provided us with shuttle bus to and fro the Gero train station. The room is big with nice views. Included was the Kaiseki dinner with Hida beef and breakfast buffet. There are 3 onsen to choose, so I tried all 3.

8.0아침식사가 아주 맛있었어요! 온천도 넓고 온천수도 좋아서 여유롭게 잘 즐겼습니다. 주변에 맥주를 간단하게 마실 수 있는 식당들도 많아서, 들르시면 숙소 주변도 돌아보시면 더 만족하면서 지내실 수 있을 것 같아요~
− 방 화장실이 살짝 좁았던 게 아쉬웠는데, 예약한 방이 작은 사이즈였어서 만족합니다. 다만 오래된 방이라 그런지, 방에 밴 담배 냄새가 잘 빠지지 않았던 점이 아쉬웠던 것 같아요.. 말고는 잠자리, 방 컨디션 모두 좋았습니다!

Excellent stay at Suimeikan
10.0Excellent stay at Suimeikan. We were wowed and felt like royalty when we were greeted at the entrance on arrival by a lineup of staff and when we departed from the hotel after 1N stay. The personalised concierge on arrival to explain the 3 buildings, different Onsen, the place for dinner and breakfast, and escorting us to the right building was a nice added touch. The room was spacious, clean, with comfortable futons, and we enjoyed the complimentary Japanese snacks and tea while overlooking the calming view of the fish pond from the window. The Japanese dinner and breakfast were excellent, and we enjoyed the experience at the various Onsen as well. All the staff we interacted with from front desk, concierge, and dining hall were friendly, professional and polite. Thank you for Suimeikan’s attentiveness to details. We left with happy memories.
