7.0景色と温泉 スタッフの方の対応も良かったです しっかり人が配置されていました。 お部屋の広さ申し分ないです ウェルカムドリンク美味しいです！好評でした。 談話室は電話かける人に最適、飲み物があるとなお良い コーヒー飲めると有難い 朝食が素晴らしかった 沢山あるのにお腹に重くなくて良かった ご年配にもとても良い お風呂が明るく広い、タオルも置いてくれてあるので助かる。シャンプー類も良いものを採用していて 旅館やお安めのホテルあるあるの、髪がゴワゴワする ものではなくサラサラに仕上がります。 化粧水や乳液もしっかり揃っているところも シャンプー同様に〇、ヘアゴムも完備 天然水を置いてくれるので飲むべし！美味しいです 食事は個室、スタッフによる配膳で とてもスムーズに待たされず提供されるので 配慮を感じます 冷蔵庫のビールとお茶の提供ありがとうございます。 そば茶楽しませて頂きました。
− ベットルームにテレビがない お年を召した方には部屋の明かりが明るい方が良い 目が疲れやすくなります。 エレベーターのドアが早く閉まりすぎてカバンを持って出るのが間に合わない。他の階で推してる人が居ると早いのかもしれません。 部屋の鍵は開けにくくて1回の説明ではご年配は開けられず慣れるまで時間がかかる仕組みでした。 朝食のあと、お茶が出てきて良いのですが 希望でコーヒー飲めると有難いです お箸の持ち帰りは〇ですが、 箸ふきの説明は最後にふける点の欲しかったです。 少し散歩ができたりするといいですね。 お風呂のかごバッグが、お土産になってたら 良いかなと思いました。
