10.0I was in Pereira for a wedding, and this was one of the closest hotels to the venue. That's why I booked it. But the hotel is really nice. The facilities are impeccable, and the staff is really, really nice. I felt at home because even the place looked a bit like my home, but it's the hospitality and the warmth that I was welcomed with that really superseded my expectations.

9.0The staff was super friendly and answered fast when needed something. (Extra towels, water, ...) Staff gave recomendation about what to do next. Breakfast was great, fast & easy to order. The bed & facilities were great.
