We were satisfied with our stay but i would definitely consider other options for my next stay.
6.0Spacious room, adequate for my purposes. Generally good for a short stay. Hotel is well located and close to public transport. We didnt opt for breakfast. restaurant avaiable on site but poorly advertised/communicated.
− Staff were indifferent and unfriendly. Queries were nevertheless attended to. In general we didnt have issues but customer service was not a priority.
Not worth Mercure name and money.
3.0Almost nothing
− Location Difficult parking and loading unloading of the baggage from car. Room not clean. Smell in the bathroom.
