6.0Hotel is supposed to be non smoking. Guests are requested to smoke either on ground level outside the hotel or on top floor where there is an open area. However it appears this restriction does not apply to some in Management who use room 610 for their smoking breaks. The whole 6th floor stinks like a chimney.

10.0I spent 8 nights at Palms and it was an amazing time despite the 3 days Cyclone challenges. The staff and management were warm and nice. A good place to stay if you want to be in the center to acess all location, both for business and leisure: Off the beach.

8.0Good location at the center of Mauritious. Nice breakfast at the top with beautiful view. The price is a little high for this three stars hotel.
