8.0La cordialità e disponibilità di Marta e Barbara fa sentire a casa. La loro capacità di accogliere rende il soggiorno veramente piacevole. Ho trovato la posizione molto comoda per girare tutte le località del Salento che non conoscevo. La pulizia è eccezionale!

Un séjour comme à la maison dans le Salento
10.0- La gentillesse de Chiara la propriétaire, de ses amis et du personnel: on s'est senti comme à la maison! Nous sommes arrivés en plein milieu d'une fête qu'ils avaient organisé pour le 15 Août et nous avons été intégré tout naturellement. - Le cadre et la grande piscine qui est rare pour un hotel avec aussi peu de chambres - La localisation centrale parfaite pour explorer tous les endroits du Salento

Davvero un peccato, tanto potenziale ma sprecato
4.0Ci è piaciuto avere la piscina sempre disponibile e la sala colazioni.
− Partendo dalla stanza, l’aria condizionata non ha funzionato per tre giorni e non ci è stato proposto nessun cambio (tantomeno un parziale rimborso) bensì la prima soluzione che ci è stata presentata da un ragazzo dello staff è stata quella di aprire semplicemente la finestra. Solo dopo la nostra insistenza nel risolvere il problema, l’aria condizionata è stata ripristinata. La stanza che abbiamo scelto era più piccola di come appare sulle foto ed era inoltre sporca (polvere sotto al letto) e mal manutenuta (tende strappate, crepe sul muro, telecomando della tv con le batterie scariche). La situazione è stata peggiorata dalla superficialità con cui ci venivano “cambiati” gli asciugamani. Anziché metterne di nuovi, venivano ripiegati quelli sporchi che avevamo posizionato a terra con le macchie ben in vista. Questi stessi asciugamani sono stati ripiegati e posizionati sul letto, in teoria pulito, o peggio ancora sulla valigia della mia compagna che era rimasta a terra nella stanza. Infine la colazione è stata al di sotto delle nostre aspettative in quanto era povera e priva di prodotti fatti in casa come ci si aspetterebbe da una masseria, quindi direi più un servizio di un qualsiasi hotel. Unica nota positiva la ragazza della mattina Marta, molto gentile e disponibile
