10.0Maybe not the most modern hotel but that is what made it great. The room was big and clean and the view of the lake is unbeatable. Staff was great.

10.0We enjoyed our 2-day stay at Seiler Au Lac. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive. The view from our balcony was superb. We'll come back again.

Good location but let down by breakfast and staff
8.0Amazing location with views However let down by poor breakfast and service from the staffs. Seriously, the staff working at breakfast shift require some basic training on how to handle customer request.

10.0Sehr sympathisches Hotel an wunderbarer Lage am Brienzersee. Sehr freundliches Personal. Traumhafte Sicht auf den See. ÖV (Bus und Schiff) fast direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Zwei ausgezeichnete Restaurants. Sehr empfehlenswert.
