Very nice place to rest your head however confusing about complementary drinks Asked at reception and terrace bar which drinks are complementary told twice the all on menu First night no soft drinks available or spirits Third night all available But 😞 I was presented with a bill when questioned was told only juices and soft drinks are complementary Bill 550 pesos for what was a triple size,on ice that was separate,was happy to pay anyways 😀

The room was clean and had a great city view, and the food in their restaurant was delicious, especially the sisig it’s one of the best seller, and the service was excellent friendly, attentive, and quick, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

One of my favourite food in palm grass hotel is their best seller which is the Humba ni maxilom and Sea food pasta. Aside from that the ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a great place to unwind and enjoy a delicious meal. The service is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring you have everything you need. Whether you’re enjoying a hearty breakfast or a relaxing dinner, the restaurant provides a comfortable setting for a memorable dining experience. My overnight stay at Hotel Palm Grass was a delightful and enriching experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth by the staff, who made check-in smooth and effortless. The hotel’s blend of heritage and modern design gave the space a unique and inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with thoughtful details that made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night’s sleep.
