10.0Honestly after reading all the reviews I was terrified and rethinking staying here. I’m so happy we stayed. Was amazing. Got in later Friday night, we did have an issue.. light switch triggered and lost all power and then woke up with a bathroom flooded.. but customer service was great and was moved right away. After that our other 4 nights were amazing.. huge beautiful 3 bedroom condo with beautiful views. Had the pools to ourself.. kids loved it. Went over to the water park a few days that was amazing there! Can’t wait to come back!!

10.0Great place for a vacation or staycation. Check in is a bit of a process and they will push you to try to do a timeshare presentation but they accepted when I said no 4x. The waterpark was nice, limited hours. The other pools are nice. Restaurants and food options close earlier than I would have liked but the drinks we did get were reasonably priced and delicious! Staff were friendly and the room was clean and well stocked. Well maintained, close to shopping and things to do.
