10.0Our stay was absolutely perfect from beginning to end! The airport shuttle service was a huge plus and made our arrival completely stress-free. The driver was already waiting for us at the airport, helped us with all of our luggage, and welcomed us with a smile. Thank you, thank you, thank you! The service throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our luggage was carried all the way to our room, which we really appreciated after a long journey. They even went out of their way to help us arrange transportation to El Nido for the following day. The van they recommended was very comfortable, making the trip much more enjoyable. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Princesa!
