The view worth a lot
8.0We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses were there all the days for the 6 days we spent there... This place has almost unlimited potential and is always worth recommending if someone can stomach these little dents.

8.0Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt sehr abgelegen und man hat einen unglaublichen Blick auf die Hohe Tatra. Der Wellnessbereich ist herrausragend, dass Service Personal im ganzen Hotel sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt. Das Buffet am Abend und am Morgen sowie die Speisekarte des Restaurants ist von den Speisen fast zu 100 Prozent auf Fleisch ausgelegt. Von einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse kann man eine kleine Auswahl an Vegetarischen oder Veganen Speisen durchaus erwarten.

2.0Terrible stay. We booked family room. Photo on ebookers shows nice room with balcony but the reply from hotel was that this type of room does not have balcony. The information that check-out is at 11.00 is incorrect also, it is at 10.00 . Room with mold and super dated. Wellness hygiene - one big disaster. Water in pool cold. Really big disappointment. This 4 star hotel needs ASAP reform. Breakfast was good, even we had to ask to replenish some food at 9:15.
Pleasant stay
10.0We had a pleasant stay, used spa, played bowling, enjoyed nice breakfast. Views are stunning! Rooms may need some updating but as long as you are after a good location and facilities rather than a modern room, this is the right place :) a lot to do for families as well as couples and reasonable restaurant prices.

8.0Wszystko wporzadku , zdjęcia na stronie takie i w realu jesli jest słoneczko 🙂 jest co robić i ponure dni , śniadanie bardzo dobre , łóżka wygodne, bez zastrzeżeń . Lokalizacja idealna , blisko do łysej Polany i w Slowackie górskie kurorty
