When we first arrived there were a couple of minor issues with the room, however we let the staff know and they fixed everything very quickly. From then on we couldn’t fault the service, from room cleaning, to pool bar and breakfast- all the staff were great. Good points- - the pool area is beautiful, lovely big pools, loads of space. - the service in the bar was efficient - the breakfast was excellent, especially the omelette station which at least one of us visited daily. - we had a two bedroom suite, which was spacious for 4 of us, essentially two adjoining hotel rooms, so helpful to have two bathrooms. - water was provided free of charge. - efficient aircon - comfortable beds - the hotel is in a great location close to the night market, everything is walkable and it is in a lovely less crazy areas that krabi town itself. You get the best of both as it’s lively, but is also tucked away so it’s nice and quiet and you get a good sense of space. - there is a lovely cafe (breeze) at the entrance to the car park, which does nice coffee.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Holiday Style Ao Nang Beach Resort. From the very first moment, we felt truly welcomed and cared for. The warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality of the entire team made this experience incredibly special. We would especially like to thank Peaw, Fah, Rai, Took, Plai, Tawan and Kem. Each of them went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Their smiles, their kindness and their attention to every little detail made us feel so comfortable and happy. They are truly amazing people and a real credit to this hotel. We were traveling as a couple, and this stay left a deep impression on us. More than just a beautiful hotel, what we will remember most are the people. The team here is the reason why this place feels so special — and why it makes us want to come back to Thailand again and again. This hotel will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely return.

Ok but not great for the price

Dissatisfied based on price, for $200 a night I expected more. Pros: Location - was right in front of beach and close to all night life Pool and grounds - pretty and well kept, pool was warm and clean with lagoon. I had room with steps into pool, very convenient. Cons: Outdated and needs renovation. Room toilet barely flushed. Staff was friendly but needs proper uniforms. Breakfast not great. Gym was substandard. Overall just ok, i would not return

Beautiful hotel, excellent pool! Loved having a swim up room. The staff, including Peaw, Avy, Mild, Fah, and Took were particularly kind and helpful. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

Location is great - it’s in Ao Nang, directly across from the beach, but not on the busiest stretch. You’re a five minute walk from the night market, which is open 7 nights/week! Very family friendly. Exterior feels like an upscale Holiday Inn in the US. Walls and windows and doors were in so it was easy to hear family noises early in the morning and late in the evening. When reading reviews, it’s always hard to know which ones to weigh heavier than others. For example, reading reviews of this hotel led me to believe it was nicer than the other places we’ve stayed on our trip to Thailand. That’s far from the case. The rooms here are very clean, but in desperate need of updates. The rooms make me feel like I’m staying at a very clean YMCA. If you’re staying here, though, you don’t really care if it’s the nicest pool or room… You’re paying to stay directly across from the beach! This was the most personable check-in experience I’ve had in Thailand. The gentleman who walked me to my room was so kind and conversational. He really set me at ease. I was checking in after a visit to the ER and it was so comforting to just take my mind off of things and chat. The breakfast is comparable to any other breakfast buffet I’ve had in Thailand so far. Staff Avy, Peaw, Mind, Phai, and Kem were great!

Very conveniently placed near markets, bars and restaurants. Beautiful beach right in front of the property. Great hospitality, friendly staff. Especially thankful to Pen Dao Adha at the front desk for all her help! Lovely stay for a great price!
