First of all - when I’ve arrived, I’ve been told that they don’t have my booking. Finally when they found it - they showed me the room twice smaller than the one I’ve booked. It was not at all looking like booking.com pictures. It was 23.00 I was extremely tired after driving 5 hrs from Nuvara Eliya, my 6yo was crying that she wants to sleep. I was about to take the room, when I found blood and sweat stains on sheets. But it was night, we were tired and they promised to change bedding. We went to next building to register on reception. Our booking was for 10 nights. But I could not stay with child in that room for 10 nights. I tried to speak with manager - that I should pay for this smaller room for 3 days - on dec 31st, as he said, our deluxe big room will get free. So from dec 31 I’ll pay for big room I’ve booked from the very beginning. He declined and proposed me to pay for all 10 days money a bit more than on booking. And later, I have should believed him, he will give us better room. I got pretty much triggered with all that. As paying same money for small dirty room as for the deluxe with two big beds that had been booked - was obviously an attempt to make an idiot from me. For my FTF question he said that it’s Christmas time and they don’t give out rooms for such a small money on that period. THAN WHY TF YOU PUT IN ON BOOKIG? And more of that - confirm it and write messages that you you’re waiting for us. Finally I had to book another guesthouse. I cancelled booking there, because I’m not ready to deal with scammers. But I must admit one good thing about all this situation. Manager dropped us with bags to a new guesthouse. At least thanks for that.

− The scammer attitude, based on, I guess, many Russian tourists, who don’t speak English and can’t really protect themselves. Дорогие русские туристы, избегайте эту дыру всеми возможными способами!

Newly opened hotel. Every things nicely arranged and comfortable. Near the beach. I need to visit them again
