10.0安めで地下鉄の駅から近く交通の便が良さそうなので利用させていただきました。 部屋の外鍵が閉まらなかったのですが、翌日には部屋を交換して下さりました。 部屋は大きく、アメニティは全て揃っています。また、朝食に韓国家庭料理のバイキングがあったのが非常に嬉しかったです。 スタッフの方は日本語はできませんが、英語はある程度通じるはずです（私は韓国語でやり取りしていました）。とても親切に対応して下さりました。

10.0設備には少々古さを感じたが、それでも全く問題はなかった。スタッフが大変親切で韓国語のできない私に対しても、翻訳アプリを駆使して適切にコミュニケーションをとってくれた。 次回もぜひ利用したい。
