10.0Did not use the spa so cannot comment. However the entire staff of this property were just wonderful. It will be interesting to see the property when the current expansion is completed.

2.0Bei Anreise haben wir einen bereits bezahlten Gutschein für eine Übernachtung und ein Essen im Luxusrestaurant vorgelegt. Dieser wurde akzeptiert. Am Geburtstag meiner Frau wollten wir dann zum Essen in das Restaurant, als man uns mitteilte, dass der Gutschein nicht gültig sei. Alle Versuche zu einem Kompromiss wurden abgelehnt, sodass wir sofort abreisten. Natürlich mussten wir zum Aufenthalt auch die nicht genutzte Nacht komplett zahlen. Das Geld für den Gutschein wurde zusätzlich einbehalten. Schöne Fassade mit schäbigen Management. Unbedingt meiden.

10.0Great place for a relaxing weekend. The staff is absolutely wonderful, professional and kind. We enjoyed our time at the outdoor pool, indoor pool/spa. Rooms were nice, spacious and beds comfortable. Delicious food at the Auberge and the K. Will definitely stay at Domaine de la Klauss again!
