− Small rooms. Bed uncomfy, too hot. Not all staff friendly. Poor value for money compared to other JW Lees hotels. Rats outside
Okay for a one night stay if you’re in the area.
6.0Great breakfast with lots of choice, even fresh pineapple and dried apricots. Good parking, excellent location. Lovely, helpful staff.
− Poor food in restaurant. Room too hot and with only one small window it felt airless
Comfy and stylish room.
8.0Easy and friendly check-in. Had a room on the end, so extra quiet. We were v comfy and had everything we needed.
− There was a little grouting work that needed attention in the shower and the extractor fan was very loud. The room was a little hot but we could open lots of windows and doors and there was a huge fan. Shame we couldn't see the river from our room!
