− WHEN WE ARE CAME FOR THE CHECK-IN TIME THE FRONT DESK MANAGER SAID FOR EARLY CHECK-IN WE HAVE REQUESTED WITH FREE OF COST BUT HE SAID LITTEL BIT RUDE WHY I AM SAYING BECAUSE WE ARE LOOKING RAMADA IS MY HOME YOU CHECK IN YOUR SYSTEM THAT I AM COMING TO ADDIS IN YEAR MINIMUM TWO OR THREE TIME AND I STAY ONLY IN RAMADA. AND MOREOVER, THEY HAVE ASKED US TO AUTHENTICATION 100 USD WHEN WE DO THE ANY SERVICE LIKE IN YOUR COFFEE + BAR SAME WE HAVE GIVE BUT WHEN CHECK OUT TIME WE HAVE ASKED THEM DEDICATION FROM THE SAME THEY CAN'T DO AND WE NEED FOLLOW UP WITH THIS AMT FROM INDIA. IN MY PAST STAY WE HAVE NEVER EVER GIVE THIS AUTHETICATION ANY HOW IN OUR NEXT VISIT WE NEED TO THINK BEFORE BOOKING.
