10.0We only stayed one night but honestly wished we'd booked a few more. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were absolutely brilliant—so friendly, welcoming and incredibly accommodating. They even upgraded our room, which was a lovely surprise. The gentleman at the pool and spa was also fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel itself is spotless, the breakfast has a huge choice and everything we tried was delicious. It's the kind of place that makes you feel genuinely welcome. We'll definitely stay here again
