7.0Zeer vriendelijk personeel, problemen werden meteen opgelost, eenvoudig, maar zeer gezellig hotel, gezellige patio met zwembad. Lekker ontbijt met keuze opties en klein minibuffetje. Ontbijt voldoet zeker aan de normen voor 3 sterren hotel. Kamers en hotel zeer netjes en verzorgd.

10.0Everything! Breakfast is delicious. The staff is amazing. The location is close enough to walk to the sites but far enough you don’t listen to traffic or noise everything’s clean. The AC is cold, the Wi-Fi is fast. It’s lovely.

Lief personeel en fijne rustige plek
10.0Bij aankomst werd ik vriendelijk ontvangen. Men was bezig met een verbouwing van een aantal kamers. Ik kreeg daarom gelijk een upgrade naar een rustige kamer in het verblijf. Echt een top service Fijn ontbijt en lekker zwembadje, goede locatie in een rustige buurt.

6.0De locatie is goed, het personeel is heel vriendelijk
− De kamer had een badkamer in dezelfde ruimte, deze is afgescheiden met een schuifpui. Er is een ontluchting in de badkamer met een fan welke alleen aan staat als het licht aan staat. Hierdoor wordt het vocht van de badkamer onvoldoende afgevoerd en hangt er een muffe lucht in de gehele slaapkamer. Hierdoor vond ik het niet fijn om ter ontspanning op de kamer te zijn. Ik heb gevraagd om een andere kamer of oplossing voor de geur, maar daar is niets mee gedaan. Er was een trap voor ons raam langs. Hoewel dit geen doorgang trap was en er geen mensen op liepen, keken we uit op een trap. Ik begrijp echt werkelijk niet waarom mensen voor ons via Booking dit hotel zo hoog hebben gewaardeerd.

− Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié que le prix affiché lors de ma réservation par Booking ne soit pas celui qui m'a été prélevé de ma carte bancaire. Vous devriez vous assurer que les clients qui payent en devises internationales ne se retrouvent pas à devoir payer un surplus sans prévenir.
