− Łazienka wymaga remontu, deska ruchoma, w brodziku rdza, materac na łóżku przesuwał się za kazdym razem, gdy się na niego usiadło i to wszystko razem zepsuło estetykę całej reszty.

− Niedomyte łazienki, w szczególności kabina prysznicowa, w pokoju natomiast niedomyte kubki i czajnik. Słabo działająca klimatyzacja.
