Great small boutique hotel with excellent staff and beautiful setting on a great location on Koh Yao Noi island. Film, Saii and the rest of the team made sure we were well taken care of and were happy to accommodate our requests on transportation, day trip to the Hong islands and support with transportation. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent and very fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend booking Coastal Escape and hope to return one day.

We extended our stay. Twice. That pretty much says it all, but let me elaborate. We booked a 2-bedroom villa at Coastal Escape for what was supposed to be a few nights. We left significantly later than planned, and we have zero regrets. This place just gets under your skin. There are only 4 villas on the property, which means the service feels genuinely personal rather than transactional. The staff remembered our names, our preferences, and what we liked for breakfast. Speaking of which, the cooked-to-order breakfast included with the villa is not an afterthought. It's a proper highlight of the day. The food here is so good that we found ourselves skipping outside restaurants altogether for several lunches and dinners, choosing instead to eat either in our villa or at the on-site restaurant. We tried. We genuinely tried to find better food elsewhere on the island. We couldn't. The chef is a serious talent and a big reason we kept extending our stay. The villa itself is right on the water with a private pool, beautifully equipped and spotlessly clean every single day. Free bikes and kayaks are available whenever you want them, and if you're keen to explore further, motor scooters are available to rent right on the property, which is super convenient. But honestly, what elevates this place above anywhere else we've stayed is the people. Saii, our host, was extraordinary. Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, she and her team made us feel like welcome guests rather than room numbers. Their English was excellent, which made everything effortless. Koh Yao Noi is already a special island, but Coastal Escape makes it even harder to leave. Five stars without hesitation.

Amazing staff that picked me up from the pier and greeted me upon arrival. Check in occurred in the villa, and was quick and easy. Nice restraunt -- they asked about allergies and worked around my shellfish allergy without having to be reminded. Great beach. Small resort with just 4 units and as many as 18 staff. Stellar experience.

Location is amazing, facilities are nice, too many issues though.

− There was a mice problem in the villa during our stay (at least 3 that I know of were caught inside the villa). They kept a mice trap in the attic which involved a lot of noise once mouse was caught. This was generally a bad experience and you do not expect to deal with something like this during a vacation. In one of the bedrooms AC didn’t work, it took over a day to improve but still it didn’t properly during our entire stay. We got a 20 % discount for a one night stay and a complementary boat ride which is not a proper compensation in my view. You can’t charge over 500 USD per night (a high end resort rate) and have such problems

− Mon probleme avec cet établissement est le manque de clarté dans la description et l’emplacement de ce qu’on loue sur cette application où d’habitude tout est très clair Cela a été une source de grande déception sachant qu’il s’agit de montants importants par nuit C’est un groupe de 4 villas 2 en première ligne 2 en seconde ligne en diagonale avec vue mer partielle à cause du restaurant et de l’autre villa de chaque côté J’ai réservé « Villa - Côte plage » Ce qui dans mon esprit voulait dire 1ere ligne avec un nom qui sous entend d’autres villas «  côté jardin » ou « côté restaurant «  etc … Et en outre nous avions échangé en direct avec l’établissement pour d’autres dates et qui m’avait confirmé 1ere ligne Au final je me suis retrouvé en seconde ligne vue partielle. De la master la vue est même plutôt décevante par rapport à la promesse (voir photo) Je voulais annuler mais j’avais déjà payé et l’établissement a refusé Solution : il serait simple et honnête de préciser sur le texte descriptif que vous pouvez vous retrouver en 2eme ligne également de montrer la vraie vue en 2eme ligne ! Ou alors pourquoi pas avoir 2 prix différents pour 2 catégories ? En plus le jardin de ma villa numéro 3 etait traversé par deux accès depuis le restaurant / piscine à travers les plantes pour accès à l’autre villa de gauche Donc pour l’intimité et tranquillité c’est raté sur quand vos voisins sont une famille plutôt mal élevée Alors que cette famille pourrait marcher 10 mètres de plus pour ne pas traverser notre jardin Enfin à noter pour les amoureux de plages celle ci est grande calme et propre mais … beaucoup de rochers qui coupent les pieds… attention … Conclusion pour moi je n’y retournerai pas
