9.0Absolutely magical hotel, felt like a fairytale castle The staff were more then accommodating, absolutely lovely, but the highlight was the amazing amzing breakfast buffet, it was beyond exceptional, I would go again just for that breakfast. It was all in all an amazing experience and I definitely recommend it to everyone.
− Their outlet is the standard thailand ones, therefore you cant charge anything unless you have an adapter with you, the hotel didnt have an adapter which was a let down HOWEVER... the staff went out of their way to fix our issue, they would charge our phones and tablets for us on their charger. One lovely staff member even gave me her personal powerbank to take with me to keep my phone charged all day. I cant stress enough on how lovely the entire team at U khao yai were. They deserve a commendation for a job well done!

Luxury hotel in a hidden spot
10.0From google maps it looked like we booked a run down place but driving 100m more we found the right place. Beautiful garden and a great hotel. Room was great as well. We had dinner at the hotel and prices were ok and very happy with the taste of what we ordered. They open up the patio for breakfast so no issue in finding a seat and it was better than expected.
− Room was not available before 3PM but they did take good care of us while waiting. And we asked for help with a taxi and paid 1200THB for 15 min ride so get your own taxi or drive.

10.0Beautiful hotel surrounded by pretty gardens. The room a generous size. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing. What more to say, we look forward to our next stay..
