10.0The person on the reception desk was very warm and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and toiletries were also provided. We were able to leave our bags after checking out with no problems, which made a huge difference as our train wasn't until 630pm

7.0Mi sembrava di stare in una stanza tipica. Si trova esattamente tra due stazioni, 4 minuti ciascuna, molto comoda per gli spostamenti. Personale tanto disponibile!
− Pochissime finestre, sia in camera che negli spazi comuni, quindi l’ambiente purtroppo sapeva da chiuso.

Directions from JR Shin-Okubo Station:
- At the exit of the station, turn left into Okubo-dori street, and walk for about 328 feet.
- At the corner of the super market next to Tokyo Plaza Hotel, turn right.
- Walk straight on for about 262 feet, until you see the Shin Okubo Sekitei on the right side of the street.
