8.0Staff service was wonderful, above and beyond our expectations. Everyone had a smile on their face and made the guests feel welcomed. I like their breakfast and room dining service. The food was great.

10.0先ずはフロントの方がとても親切。朝食付きのプランで申し込んでたのですが、早朝(4:30)発のアンコールワットツアーに行くなら朝食食べれないからとお弁当を用意して下さって凄く助かりました。 お部屋も広くてとてもキレイ。トイレが心配でしたが普通にトイレットペーパーも流せました。 朝食も美味しくて警備もしっかりしていて素晴らしかったです。

7.0Although my score may seem a bit low, there is not much required to make this hotel a great 5 star one, just missing a few bits and bulbs here and there. The room is big, comfortable, with nice furnishing. The location is very good. It is good value for money, and comes with the executive lounge option which offers great food and beverage for free. The surrounding is green and looks good.
− A few things that could easily be improved: - internet was not working well. They did change the router and it improved a lot but there were still some connections issues - too many public areas are not AC. Although making the entire hotel having AC is not needed, some areas like lobby (at least part of it) or restaurant would benefit from AC or at least good fans - the AC in the room is very noisy even on the lowest setting - the take away breakfast (for sunrise tour) was really not up to scratch. Poor quality. In my tour group, people had take away breakfast in the form of stacked baskets filled with well prepared dishes, with thermos for coffee, and a juice box. Mine consisted in stale pastries, bad fruits (a very seedy mandarine), extremely fatty bacon, and a hard boiled egg + bottle of water in a plastic box. Really not up to 5-star standards. - part of the room, especially in the corners, were not sufficiently cleaned
