9.0The hotel was lovely, in a great location and the rooftop was such a lovely spot with amazing views. Loved the breakfast and the staff were really friendly. Thank you for your care whilst I was sick, too.
− It's not to do with the hotel, but guests rather. The guests are super noisy in the corridors and the sounds disturbed us a lot from the central corridor. Perhaps some signs to remind people to be quiet , especially during the night or early AM if people are going on excursions.

9.0Super Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Plaza de Armas. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , man kann auch direkt vor Ort Touren in die Umgebung buchen. Die Zimmer haben die Fenster nach innen zum Treppenhaus, das ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nicht problematisch. Betten sehr bequem. Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse konnten wir nur einmal genießen, da wir an den anderen Tagen schon früh zu Touren aufgebrochen sind, haben stattdessen aber immer ein Lunchpaket bekommen.

8.0Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und wurde auf der Dachterasse serviert. Bei frühem Verlassen des Hotels konnte man sogar ein Frühstückspaket bekommen.
− Vor unserem Zimmerfenster war eine Mauer, sodass wir nicht viel Tageslicht hatten. Auch war es etwas hellhörig.
