7.0以新竹市區來說，CP值很高，只住一晚的話可以選擇。 另外也可另外免費加被子，送到房間如人不在有致電確認，這個很貼心。
− 就乾淨上來說尚需加強，進房後原被單上有洗不掉的血跡(小範圍傷口的那種)。 浴室門雖然是拉門，但僅固定上方，所以不小心推到時會很怕斷掉。
