9.0Love the fact it's right on the waterfront. Pool was really clean. Gardens and staff lovely. Apart from the minuses would return again as not many guests and basically had the place to ourselves.
− Breakfast very minimal. Ate dinner one night and service was poor. Part of our order wasn't ready yet they bought out the dessert before the main meal even served. Rooms are basic and could do with a little upgrading.
Cancelled our accommodation just hrs before our arrival
1.0− We had booked our accommodation months prior to our stay only to arrive at Segara Wangi to be told our room was no longer available and that they had sent a message a few hrs prior (that of which I didnt receive). The receptionist however to find us accommodation next door at Bungalow Geringsing. Where Rare their receptionist was super kind and understanding from the very second we met her. She accommodated us hassle free and was absolutely beautiful throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend Bungalow Geringsing and would never book at Segara Wangi again.
